Once, I used to love trees immensely. I would roam across
hills and mountains, marveling at the sight of enormous trees-trees hundreds of
years old, brimming with wisdom. Their massive trunks housed thousands of
birds. Back then, I often wondered, would it have been such a loss if I had
been born as a tree instead of a human? At least the leaves of the tree and the
baby birds would have swung joyfully on my branches.
One day, as I was walking somewhere along the road, I saw a
little fairy-like girl anxiously trying to cross the street after school. I
approached her, held her hand, and helped her cross the road.
From that day on, the desire to be born as a tree never
crossed my mind again. Today, as a human, I was able to help a little human
cross the road. What joy could be greater than this? Could I have done this if
I were a tree?
Thanks A Lot!!!
