A Man With Nothing: A Short Poem About Emptiness and Hope

Introduction:
Sometimes life leaves us with empty hands but full hearts.
In this short poem, I explore the quiet strength of a man who owns nothing — yet dreams everything.

The Poem:

How beautiful you look right now!
The moon is absent in the sky, with just a few stars.
Walking on the rooftop, gazing, crying.
I cannot witness this strangely beautiful moment of yours—
My eyes were gouged out for breaking all the streetlights on a full moon night.
I cannot offer you words of solace—
My tongue was burned for speaking of equality.
