Why I Almost Gave Up on Blogging (And Why I Won’t)

📝 Why I Almost Gave Up on Blogging (And Why I Won’t)
There’s something I’ve been meaning to share—something raw and honest. Not every day as a blogger feels inspiring. Some days feel like shouting into a vast, empty sky. And recently, I came very close to giving up.
The Weight of Silence
I’ve written over 110 posts on this blog—Nurul Web World. That’s 110 slices of thought, heart, and time. And yet, I began to wonder: Is anyone really listening? The views didn’t rise the way I hoped. The comments came less often. The motivation quietly slipped away, like sand through my fingers.
I doubted myself.
I questioned my words.
And yes, I thought about stopping.
What Pulled Me Back
But something beautiful happened in the silence. I looked back—not at the numbers, but at the words. My words. They reminded me why I started this journey.
- I didn’t begin this blog to go viral.
- I started it because I needed to write.
- Because I love connecting ideas.
- Because words help me breathe.
And maybe—just maybe—there’s someone out there who needs to read what I have to say. Even if it’s just one person. That’s enough.
The Fire Isn’t Gone
So here I am. Not giving up. Not yet.
I will write. I will share.
Even if the world is quiet—because this is how I hear myself.
If you're reading this, thank you.
You’re part of why I’m still here.
Let’s keep growing, slowly but surely.
And if you’ve ever felt the same... just know: You’re not alone.
Have you ever felt like giving up on something you love?
Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. Let’s talk, human to human. 🌿
